Tesco Bags of Help

We are in the customer vote for a Bags of Help grant from Tesco. It's a scheme which gives community projects grants of up to £4,000 – from carrier bag sales in Tesco stores. A grant would help The Spark - On Your Doorstep ignite the potential of all Leicester and Leicestershire children by taking professional artists, inspirational music and world class theatre performances to schools, libraries and community spaces with no cost to families.

The Spark, along with the other two successful projects in our region, will go forward to a vote in Tesco stores where customers will decide the outcome by voting for their favourite project each time they shop. Voting will take place from Tuesday 1st January 2019 to Thursday 28th February 2019.

The project with the highest number of votes across the region will receive £4,000.

To vote, you will need to make a purchase within store of any value. You will receive one token per transaction and it's not necessary to purchase a carrier bag in order to receive a token.

So if you are in the area and are shopping in Tesco – why not pick up a blue token and support us with your vote!
