Helping to shine the spotlight

Kim Salt has joined The Spark Arts for Children as communications manager. Her main role will be to promote the annual festival and showcase the extraordinary work delivered week in, week out by the talented team and partners.

Quality family time and escapism is more important than ever. The Spark Arts for Children want as many children and families as possible to enjoy and join in with The Spark Festival 2022 as well as the wide range of community events.

Kim Salt, said: "The Spark Festival is well established, well known and very much enjoyed. I have experience of delivering communication campaigns in the private, public and charity sector. I hope to bring in my experiences to help shine a bigger spotlight on the events taking place and how families can get involved.

"From a personal perspective, I became a mum in 2019 and it is really important to me that all children and young people have access to the arts. Family time is something I really look forward to and The Spark Arts for Children offer that unique quality experience which you just can't get anywhere else."
