Arts Award
As a registered Arts Award Centre, The Spark offers many fantastic opportunities for children and young people to explore the richness and diversity of art and culture. Working with us is an easy way for schools to kick start their engagement with the two Arts Award qualifications for beginners.
How we can support you
Discover and Explore programmes are fun, flexible and self-assessed by your school’s Arts Award Adviser, or by one of The Spark’s Advisers.
The Spark Festival offers a fantastic opportunity for children to take the first steps with the ‘Discover’ and ‘Explore’ Arts Award by seeing a performance in their school or local library and writing about it. We also offer Arts Award as part of many of the school projects we do.
