We’re over the moon the share Tara Lopez’s news that she will soon take up the role of Director of Participation at Nottingham Playhouse.

Since joining The Spark, Tara has played a vital role in the organisation’s development, marketing, and operational functions. Her achievements  include, establishing multi-year partnerships, securing funding for artistic activities and formalising systems and processes.  Tara will start in the role at Nottingham Playhouse, in her home city of Nottingham in November. Everyone at The Spark wishes Tara all the best for the next chapter of her leadership journey.

It’s been a fantastic 6 months for me returning to The Spark Arts for Children and an absolute pleasure working with Chris and the team. This opportunity allows me to continue in a leadership role in an area I am passionate about and in my home city of Nottingham. I am leaving at an exciting time for The Spark, with lots of exciting and impactful work in the pipeline. I wish the team all the success in delivering this and look forward to seeing how the organisation develops over the coming years.
