Originally from New Mexico, Rachel Baltz joined Baboró International Arts Festival for Children in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, initially starting as an intern, then fulfilling the role of administrator, and finally becoming the organisation’s first Artist & Programme Coordinator.

In this role, she manages artist development supports and assists with both year-round and festival production and project management. She holds an MA in Theatre Practice and Production from NUI Galway and works as an independent performer, deviser, and director in addition to her work with Baboró.
